Components which fail during the warranty period, shall be repaired or replaced, at our option, within 30 days of receipt of the defective product, barring unforseen delays. Breakage or failure due to a result of negligence, incorrect use or care will not be deemed under warranty.

To receive warranty, replacements or repair, defective components should be returned to the place of purchase, or to the nearest authorised Xtreme Earth service centre. For further information on returning your Xtreme earth product information, contact Xtreme Earth (CLICK HERE), or to register your product warranty, fill in the form below and submit. No returns may be made directly to the factory without expressed written authorisation of Xtreme Earth. 

Xtreme Earth or it's agents shall not be responsible for postage or courier fees for good being sent to them. This warranty does not apply to repairs or changes made by any party other than those expressly authorised to do so by Xtreme Earth.

Warranty excludes damage caused by failure to perform normal maintenance or failure to use them in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
